I understand that the base cost of the Initial Holistic Veterinary House-Call Exam & Treatment or Consultation is $315. I understand that there may be an additional Travel Fee as indicated on the Interactive Map at the bottom of our website. I have reviewed the costs and other information at Holistic Veterinary Service Fees Jupiter | Dr. Matt Parker. I understand that payment is due at time of service via cash or check (both preferred), we also accept major credit cards. (Required)
